With their improper installation of our heating system, we both became unwitting victims of their irresponsibility. The unit was out of compliance; a personal liability for us, and you inherited a business liability instead of an asset.
Doing the right thing almost always costs something in the short-term, but we will reap even bigger rewards in the long-term. By not charling us th enearly $400.00 it cost you to fix [your predecessor's] blunder, you are building goodwill and trust with us, establishing the basis for an ongoing relationship that should be of benefit to both your company and us as customers for years to come.

Dear Staff of AllState,
My furnace was replaced last Thursday. I wasn't home at the time to express my appreciation for the excellent service and would like to do so now.
I had confidence that Mr. Alcorn had my best interest in mind when advising me which type and brand of new heating unit I should have installed, and do not feel that I was taken advantage of financially. I didn't have time to do any consumer research on the internet, so was nervous about spending so much money.
I also felt that the service was very efficient and was surprised the new unit arrived and was installed only 2 days after Mr. Alcorn was here and ordered it. When I did arrive home on Saturday, I wasn't afraid to turn on this new gas heat; that Mr. Alcorn had assured me the men installing the new unit would be qualified and experienced - there wouldn't be any explosions or the house overcome with carbon monoxide or something else as crazy!
The woman I spoke to in your office was also very cordial and helpful.
So, again, thanks to you all and have a happy new year.

If your other technical/salespeople are like Wes, you will continue to be in business for another 30+ years! He was very polite, friendly, and listened to our needs and I am pretty sure he gave us a more than fair price. My husband is in a wheelchair and has a lot of medical problems, so getting the A/C replaced was a high priority for me. Thank you!
